The development of an integrated innocuousness and food safety system allows the client to obtain the highest standards in this matter world-wide.
Description of the Project:
A team from Poch implemented 22 JUMBO Supermarkets throughout Chile with the highest available standards of innocuousness and food safety in the world.
Its Management Integrated System is based on the HACCP and BPM/IFS /BRC standards, with which Jumbo Supermarkets reaches the highest level of innocuousness food.
To make this implementation possible it was necessary to train a great number of the staff who manipulates foods, preparing up to over 2,500 people.

The implementation of this project guarantees the clients that any edible product bought inside the supermarket will have been manipulated or elaborated with the highest standards of innocuousness and food safety known world-wide.
Essential benefit:
The implementation of this project enabled the incorporation of an innocuousness and food safety system to the CENCOSUD processes. This project has incorporated the CENCOSUD suppliers in the development of these standards, obtaining an innocuous and safe chain from the production to the food sales.
