Poch participates in the Master Plan defining project and later extension project engineering of the BredenMaster Producing Plant in the ENEA industrial area in Santiago, Chile.
Description of the Project:
In a first stage Poch participates in the development of a Master Plan to provide a coherent and structured planning regarding the extension of the client’s immediate and projected operations. This provides flow and space optimization making good use of the physical space where the client’s facilities are set, favoring also the integration of high sanitary standard concepts in the food production for human consumption.
In a second stage the engineering for the civil-structural projects, electricity, refrigeration, HVAC, mechanics and piping, and sanitary are developed for the extension of raw materials storage buildings, process area, storage of frozen goods, shipping and support buildings associated to the operation start of two new high production lines of French bread and Hallulas along with an automated line for the production of meat pies Empanadas.
Our importance:
Poch develops the Master Plan Engineering, Details Engineering and Technical Inspection of works, relating to the client in an integral manner.
Essential benefit:
The project developed by Poch allows BredenMaster to increase its production levels in an organic way and makes future extension plans feasable. The design of the infrastructure solutions will allow the client to obtain the HACCP certification.
